NK cell fatty acid accumulation

At the Universite de Sherbrooke, we have observed accumulation of fatty acids in NK cells and this altered metabolism impairs their ability to clear tumors in the postoperative period.

Not yet, we plan to do that, but we need to characterize few cell lines first. Right now, we are mostly looking at NK cells in presence of several metabolites to determine the effect they have.
